This is by far the most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me. I had roughly $150 in my account and hadn’t played in over a month. When I went to log in with my account, it said my account doesn’t exist! I opened a new account and confronted support; they claim they have no records of the old account with money in it? And when I show them my deposit tx ID, they claim the receiving wallet isn’t theirs? Completely fraudulent criminal organization that literally lies in broad daylight!
